Sanela Jurišić currently serves as the Executive Director for
Economic Affairs at JP Elektroprivreda BiH. With over two decades of experience
in finance and accounting, she brings deep expertise in financial operations,
corporate governance, and strategic financial management.
She holds a degree in Economics and is currently pursuing a
master’s program in Finance, Banking, and Insurance. Throughout her career, Ms.
Jurišić has held key financial roles in several companies, where she led
initiatives focused on financial oversight, project management, and
collaboration with both domestic and international financial institutions. Her
work has involved close cooperation with financial instututions including
negotiations and credit arrangements, and coordination with government bodies
and energy sector partners on regulatory and financial matters. She focuses on
strategic financial planning and budgeting, monitoring and optimizing financial
performance, managing relationships with financial institutions and supporting
investment planning and feasibility analysis for energy infrastructure
projects.
She does not own any shares in JP Elektroprivreda BiH d.d. – Sarajevo, nor does she own any shares/stakes in companies that could be considered competitors to the Public Enterprise Elektroprivreda Bosne i Hercegovine d.d. – Sarajevo.
